Today, ORGAPACK, which was founded in Switzerland in 1925, is a world player and leader in steel and plastic lacing. Its head office is located in Dietikon, near Zurich. The in-house R & D for innovative technological development and SWISS-made high-quality production are located there. Nearly all parts are manufactured in-house.

For over 20 years, Certis has been the Benelux partner to Orgapack.

As sole and unique approved service point, Certis has obligations which are advantageous to the Benelux users:

Certis will always accept any offered Orgapack equipment for repairs, including those which were not imported by Certis itself. Repairs are always carried out by its own services and staff.
Certis will also take on full guarantee assessment as well as guarantee performance in name of the manufacturer. However, this only applies to the equipment which was imported by Certis itself. For equipment which was not imported by Certis, the user must submit warranty claims to the instance from which the equipment was purchased and therefore imported, or to Orgapack itself in Switzerland.
Certis is the only Benelux address which is granted regular technical training and product information sessions, including technical updates (!) by Orgapack.
Certis will also carry out repairs using original Orgapack components exclusively, and will under no circumstances use any ‘generic’ or counterfeit components. In this way alone can quality be guaranteed.
When offering accompanying strap, Certis will focus on the selected products which have been extensively tested among others, and which have been assessed in combination with the selected types of equipment and the specific application. This not only depends on dimensions, tensile strength stretch and tolerances, but also on granulate and regranulate quality. After all, this is what determines the residual strength of the weld (we have recorded variations of several dozens of percentages!)
